Blood Detection at the Crime Scene
This comprehensive 24-hour course is designed for crime scene investigators, detectives, crime laboratory analysts, and others in the field of forensic science. This course will assist the students in the detection and enhancement of blood as physical evidence. This type of evidence may include foot tracks, tire tracks, friction ridge detail, bloodstain patterns, transfer impressions, and movement of individuals throughout the crime scene. This course includes various chemical application sequences, and information on what chemicals may potentially destroy the DNA evidence. Various evidence detection and enhancement chemicals will be demonstrated.
