Basic Digital Photography

This 24 hour course covers the introduction and history of photography. Instruction on cameras, film, lenses and accessories is also covered during the course. From flash photography to aerial photography, students will learn which is appropriate for each scene. Students will also learn about photography and the law and how digital imaging is used in law enforcement. Students will solve practical problems and learn about latent print photography and how it relates to court charts, blood spatter photography, traffic accident photography, overhead photography, and luminol photography.
