Ten Print Certification Review Course

This 32-hour course is a preparatory review for those seeking certification as a ten print examiner. Target audience will be those individuals who already meet the requirements for certification and desire to hone their knowledge and skills prior to taking the exam. Course will include interactive reviews of the recommended reading material: The Science of Fingerprints, U.S. Justice Department (chapters 1-4, 8-10), Quantitative-Qualitative Friction Ridge Analysis, David R. Ashbaugh (chapters 1-4), and The Fingerprint Sourcebook, US Department of Justice (chapters 1-6, 9, and 13). Hands-on exercises will be used to sharpen skills in pattern interpretation and comparison.
